Want to be a Speaking Center Graduate Assistant?

Each year we have one or two openings for speaking center or lab experienced graduate students. Our graduate assistantships pay graduate students to work at UNCG’s speaking center for 20 hours a week.

While our Assistants can represent any UNCG graduate degree program, we are looking for people with writing or speaking center experience. Students looking to focus their graduate work on Speaking Center Studies should look at the Communication Studies MA.

Additional employment opportunities for working at the center are available to graduate students who have previous speaking center or lab experience. All concentrations and fields of study welcome.
