E-Reserve

We have compiled resources to help you with your oral communication assignments. The chapter titles should guide you in your choice.

To access Non-Course eReserve readings:

1. 1. Login to blackboard.uncg.edu with your Novell account username and password.
2. 2. Click on the "MY UNCG" tab.
3. 3. Under the tab, you will see 2 boxes on the left side of the page. The upper box is "Tools"; the lower box is "Resources".
4. 4. In the "Resources" box, click on the link to "Jackson Library".
5. 5. The "Library Content" folder will open.
6. 6. Links to each resource will list. Click the link for the resource you wish to access ("Com").
7. 7. The list of eReserve readings for the resource will list.
8. 8. Find the reading(s) you want and click to open them in PDF.
