My work at the speaking center inspired me to take a job teaching English in Taiwan! As a consultant, the conversation sessions I had with English language learners on campus along with my speaking center internship experiences at the Glenwood Branch of the Greensboro Public Library made me think that I might like teaching English abroad. My Taiwan teaching experience has been amazing. It’s really changed how I see my whole life and it’s been nothing but beneficial for me.
